The 2008 Hillsborough Balloon Fest will take place July 10 - 13
Vendor Application Form
The Hillsborough Balloon Fest has become the biggest single event taking place in Hillsborough with
an estimated 30,000 people attending. We look forward to your participation as a vendor. For your
information, Miller Amusements, the Carnival company with whom we have contracted, has exclusive rights
on the following products:
fried dough, popcorn, sno-cones, candy apples, and cotton candy.
The Hillsborough Fire Department has exclusive rights on
hamburgers.
Angelino's has the exclusive rights on
sausage.
All booth spaces are 20'
in depth. All vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance and are required to submit a
copy of certificate of insurance prior to set up.
All vendors will be considered on a first paid, first reserved basis. A $50 non-refundable
deposit is required at the time of registration. If your application is not approved, the deposit
will be refunded. Full payment for booth space is required by June 30, 2008 to guarantee inclusion. Field
parking is limited to "essential" vehicles. Access to the field will be by permit only.
Booth Fees:
- Pure Crafters (hand-made items for sale, non-profits and information
booths), 10 foot: $17 per frontage foot (10 foot minimum)
- Crafters (purchases for resale) - $20 per frontage foot (10 foot minimum)
- Food vendors - $28 per frontage foot (15 foot minimum)
- Four corner spaces are available at an additional fee of $150.00
